Any coach worth a nickel is not going to get anything from this random compilation of drills slapped together by a bunch of internet marketers. "Plan practice in 60 seconds" If you think it's stressful to plan a practice and think that somehow doing random drills with no focus on a system then this is the random assortment of drills for you. Just don't blame me when Line21 doesn't get you an open shot or the "Rhythm and Blues" drill doesn't help your players handle the ball. These guys never coached a day in their lives.
