Still Not receiving Notifications from this App! – Seeds for Minecraft PE Review

I turned notifications on, on both phone and ipad from within the app and in settings app and Still No Notifications are showing or appearing on both devices. there's a Bug or Glitch in this app and it Needs to be Fixed Pronto! Pleae Fix this Glitched up and Bugged up App!
