Can’t get Updated Smiley's – Smiley Central Review

I Would really Love the App if it would update with the Newest Smiley’s once you have Purchased the Package, but it doesn’t I purchased my packages back in 2013 and I still have the New Years for 2014, and this is 2016 and it will not let me update them ever again.
