RIP OFF RALLY ? – Smash Bandits Racing Review

This game said it would give me 450 chips for $10.00. But when I confirmed my purchase, it took my money and gave me no chips!!! I would like my money back or my chips in my game. And I only gave 3 stars because it's fun. Until I get my chips, I must say: ??
