If it wasn't for the crashes – FINAL FANTASY II (Old Ver.) Review

So this game seems fun, and I've been loving the entire catalog of square Enix on my iPhone 5s, but when I try to do anything it will inevitable crash after I've been playing for about 20 minutes and the resume/auto save always takes me to one very specifically bad place to save. Like me being ... Maybe level 4 and fighting things that can do over 400 damage in just one hit. So I restart, it crashes and sends me back to the crazy strong monster spot?!? Can't wait for the issue to be fixed. I can give it a more accurate rating after that. And this is from a non nostalgia point of view. I've played very few squareenix games as of yet and have thus far really enjoyed each one I have played. I hope one ff2 is fixed it will be the same. 7-15$ is too steep of a price tag for them to not solve this issue in a timely matter.
