Won't download...Very Disappointed – Monster Math 2 School: Games Review

Saw it as a free app, for a limited time. I have tried about eight times today. Takes forever, then finally says it can't complete the download. Have tried it on wifi and on my phones' hotspot. What is the deal? Very disappointed.
