Fun game but now doesn't work – Tiny Zoo Friends Review

Played this game for a long time on my iPad mini. Then got an iPhone and transferred my zoo now it doesn't work anymore. It crashes every time after a minute of play. I've contacted the company but they haven't helped. I've tried reinstalling and even transferring it to another device but can't get anything to work anymore. Very sad because I was so far in the game I don't want to start over. Guess it's time to give up and find a different game to play.
