No backgrounds – Selfie Booth – Green Screen Photo Fun! Review

We got the selfie booth set up. The app is pretty easy to use however it doesn't work. Tried it on 2 iPads and an iPhone all with an up to date operating system. The backgrounds will not show up. Disappointing since we purchased the booth because of the green screen app. Contacted Jakks for app support but they haven't answered.
