Disappointed over non responsive customer service – Smiley Central Review

Since I love the smileys, I got into purchasing a whole lot more like the potty set, Christmas/new year bundles/animals & more however, when I upgraded my phone & downloaded the app back, all my purchased smileys never reloaded no matter how I did the right instructions of restoring them. I wrote a couple of times through the "need help" menu but they seem not to care at all about their customers & our hard earned money ! DO NOT buy any of their smileys !
