So annoying – Build-a-lot 3: Passport to Europe (Full) Review

I used to love Build a Lot games and I bought the full version of this game. I can't even play past level 2 because it's impossible to get the bottom bar to go off if the screen! It won't allow me click the "down" arrow to get rid of that bar so I can't get to the other icons on the screen in order to get materials to build a house and accomplish one of the assigned goals. I thought maybe it was an iPhone issue so I tried to get it from the cloud onto the iPad and, even though i paid for the app, it wants me to buy it again (don't know if that's an app issue where there's an iPhone version and iPad version or if it's just a glitch right now but still annoying). Needless to say: NOT impressed! I would love to get my money back for this game that I CAN'T EVEN PLAY.
