Crashes on startup – DownloadMate - Music, Video, File Downloader & Manager Review

It's a shame this app looked very good probably one of the best video and audio downloaders but I cannot get it to work. It crashes every time I try to access the files screen. Completely unusable and going to ask for a refund!
