Better than the web interface on a phone, but still needs a LOT of improvement. – GovCon Time & Expense Review

I'm listing a lot of stuff here, because there isn't a good way to give feedback to Deltek. At first I thought I could not change the default server (http://server/DeltekTouch) displayed in the URL text box. They should make that text disappear when the cursor is visible. That text isn't really there - just type over it. I could not enter a PIN the first time I ran the app. None of the keyboard buttons seemed to work and I couldn't tap on the four PIN boxes. I ~was~ able to click the "Skip PIN Setup" button, but then there didn't seem to be a way to get back to the PIN screen. However, after reinstalling the app I was able to setup a PIN. It got hung on the wait screen the first time I ran it. I had to kill the app, then it ran. It also got stuck, once, when it logged me out (for inactivity) while I was in the settings screen. I had to kill the app to get out of that screen. Like so many others, I would like to be able to use TouchID, instead of a PIN. I would also like an option to lock the app when it is switched to the background. I'd like a spreadsheet summary view for the entire pay period that I can zoom in and out of. I'd also like to see all of the charge codes in the Charge Summary view, even if they have a total of zero hours. The help button doesn't. It displays a blank page that says "Load Error". The "support" link that they provide In the App Store requires me to create an account, but I can only do that by contacting my "support contact manager (SCM)". I assume somebody in HR has a support account or knows who the heck an SCM is. I understand that I, the end-user am not Deltek's customer. I know that that's HR, but it's frustrating to have no good way to make suggestions or report a bug. Deltek is too big to handle this so poorly.
