Missing gems – Tower Dash Review

I played this game for a while and I accumulated over 32,000 gems. When this game updated over a month ago all of my gems were gone. Customer support sent me codes to redeem for gems saying that in the settings I would soon be able to use these codes to get my gems back whenever they updated next. There have been a few updates since and I am still not able to get my gems back because they haven't added that feature. Poor updates and horrible customer service. Do not play this game!
