Don't Trust Them, Too Many Broken Promises!! I've recently had numerous discussions with Rortos Customer Support and sadly I've got to say; I Don't Trust Them and Won't Do Business With Them Any Longer. They've been promising to update their Apps for a VERY long time, yet when asked; why do you keep churning out new, more expensive Apps instead of maintaining or improving the existing Apps? Their answer is (to put it bluntly) 'we've already gotten paid for the old Apps, so we need to make new Apps for new people to buy it keeps our business running'. That's an incredibly short-sighted business plan because they have one of the most loyal fan bases I've ever seen. I told RORTOS they'd be crazy to alienate their core group of supporters and lose them but they didn't seem worried at all. Since nobody else has the guts to challenge Rortos to deliver; I guess I'll have to try on my own, but at least I'm standing-up for what's right. BY THE WAY IF YOU WANT TO GET YOUR UPDATE? YOU'VE GOT TO GET THEIR ATTENTION! YOU DO THIS BY GIVING THEIR APPS A ONE-STAR RATING AND TELLING HOW LONG YOU'VE WAITED FOR AN APP UPDATE IN YOUR REVIEW!
