Way too many in app purchases – Photo Captions Free: Frames, Cards, Collage, Text & more Review

This would be a great app if a daughter and nine unlocked all the frames, instead of just one folder of frames! Do not waste your money!!!!!!!!!! I thought that $1.99 opened all of the picture frames, but it only opened the Christmas folder! TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND $2 is a big deal when we live off of $35 per week right now!
