Purchases won't restore after iOS 9.02 update – Clips - Copy and paste anywhere with widget and keyboard Review

I lost all data and cannot restore previous purchase after the iOS 9.02 update. Not developers fault but cannot get any response from customer service after submitting help request. Lost all data I had stored in app. Reinstalled and that won't work. Lost my money
