Unstable and disappointing – Giffer Animated GIF Maker Review

The app can't seem to stay active long enough to actually create a gif and what's with charging $2.99 for an app and adding on a $.99 pro option? That's shady. I think I'll need to ask for a refund. Too bad, the part that I got to see before it crashed seemed well thought out.
