Won't connect to MB2320 as it should and no tech support – Canon PRINT Business Review

Purchased a new top of the line cannon printer/ scanner/fax MB-2320. The box and sales person both said would connect with iPad... I've been trying for a week now. Can't get it to work and the 1-800 ok-canon tech support line is an endless stream of elevator music.... Very frustrated.
