App fine, POS bad – Beam Review

The app is good enough. The occasional hiccup, but mostly is well designed and headed in the right direction. What is terrible is the point of sale experience. Rarely are the cashiers trained in how to use Beam. Especially at Carrefour, I don't even bother to try anymore. Most of the time, I find myself having to train the cashier on how to charge me using beam.
