Terrible customer service – Deck Heroes: Legacy Review
Horrible to the point of disgust, how could a company outsource their help chat to the most incompetent customer reps on the planet. Once your ticket reaches someone who might be able to help typical response might include, we apologize but there is nothing we can do, please check again or we simply do not understand your problem. I've had several issue with the game not rewarding certain prizes after completing different stages. I've run into a few bugs as well. Even when it comes down to reporting a bug they simply do not care enough to address the issue and instead issue an apology for the bug existing. Would be a 5 star game if it weren't for the support, which is simply unacceptable for a game I've payed to play.
