Paid for game and can't save – Jules Verne's Return to Mysterious Island 2 – (Universal) Review

Like the other reviews, I purchased this game and it will not allow you to save your progress. Like many others I have deleted the game and re-installed the game with no change. I have tried to reach out to the game company with no responses back from email. Can anyone offer a suggestion when you buy something through Apple apps and don't get what you paid for, how do you get your money back?
