Could not use it – PRO CHARTS - Marine Navigation Review

I downloaded this App and subscribed to the maps on Nov 6. I was required to establish an acount. I entered my email address as a user name and my iTunes password. This was rejected. I contacted their Support email on Nov 6 and requested assistance. I recontacted them again a week later. I never received a reply from them. So I had no choice but to delete the app and request a refund from iTunes. Who by the way was very helpful. I then downloaded iNavx and am very happy with it.
