App doesn't properly locate you – Bark N Borrow – Find a Dog Sitter or Let a Dog Lover Borrow Your Pooch Review

I downloaded the last version of this app and it was not able to provide matches within a specified location. They released an update stating this was resolved but it's not. The matches I get are all over the globe. App does not work.
