What's going on? – Crash Cart Review

It wouldn't even let me play the game no more...and I waited for the software update to fix the problem,but it didn't work...I don't even know why it keeps on moving me to home screen...Just fix the stupid bug and let me play...This is my most favorite game,and I don't want to delete it...ok now I have to reinstall this game and I always lose my progress.I'snt there like a way it can save automatic when you reinstall this game? I don't want to lose my progress again.
