Badge. Help! – Weather Now Widget for iPhone Review

I just paid $3.99 to receive the Badge. Why hasn't it appeared! HELP! Do I also have to pay for the Widget? What additions to the app? Confused! I thought the Badge would be a part of the settings after I paid $3.99? 11/15/15. The app is satisfactory, except the Temperature Badge does not change automatically? That correction should be made. I have to click & open the app to change the Temperature Badge! Very annoying!
