Can't change picture – TextMask Review

I would like my money back. It could be a cool app, but I have spent the last 10 mins trying to load a new photo, you push load new photo it should do just that instead, nothing happens, I've clicked "done" I've done everything, even shut off my iPad to possibly reset and the picture is still there.
