By wearing a heart rate monitor I am able to exercise at the right intensity for burning fat, strengthening my cardiovascular system or whatever my training goal is that day. I love hRange as I don't have to keep checking my hr during my workouts. I usually listen to music when running outside and hRange works in background so it tells me over my music, or if watching a movie on the treadmill or bike, when to speed up or slow down. It's super easy to use, I highly recommend using hRange if you want to maximize your workouts.
