Cannot Restore Purchase – Paint Sparkles Draw Review

Amazing how everything needs to be micro-managed these days. Whatever happened to "set it & forget it" or "don't fix it if it ain't broke?" Cannot restore my purchase of this app; that being each attempt returns a message stating I never purchased it in the first place which concerns me that every app I ever purchased thru Apple's app store can do the same. Permanently deleting this app.
