Paid for something that doesn't work at level 12 – Gardens Inc. 3: A Bridal Pursuit Review

I really liked the game after the trial, so I purchased it, and was just getting into it. I was going through all the levels and it was working fine. Then level 12 comes and the game just freezes, goes black and then takes me completely out of the game. Such a disappointment. Would have been a five star game otherwise. Can I get my money back???
