I love this app, however... – PlayKids+ Kids Learning Games Review

It's not working, I can't even get it to open, please help. Keeps my 2 and 3 year olds entertained and I just opted to pay the fee every month but now nothing plays... I especially love it because it doesn't need wifi to play the cartoons. Please fix this glitch asap or I will be forced to delete it because it's a teaser.
