Can't login – JIRA Board - Kanban, Scrum & Agile Boards for JIRA Review

I have a Jira cloud instance and it says failed to authenticate. I try the exact same credentials on Jira's website and it works. Update- I finally managed to login. Their SaaS pricing is 50 dollar a year. There's no way we can afford that as a start up to have the entire team using this. It also doesn't provide enough value to be worth that price point.
