Should I...? – Puzzle 10 - Merge Numbers Review

So, I got the game and the ads were so annoying, not to mention the hints. However, I cant take it if I delete the game when I haven't beat it yet, so I've stuck with it, and now I have the 500 coins needed to buy the remove adds. However, when I clicked on it, the game required my apple id password or whatever. Apple only requires that password when I buy something with real money. So, my point is, is there anybody who's bought the no adds thing that can tell me what happened to them afterwards? Cuz I'm a little skeptical
