Really want to love it – ColorMixr for Polymer Clay Review

If it is good or bad. I will get no use from the 30 day trial since Kato is not an option yet (would have waited if I had known) but, far more critical is that the first time I tried to test it, I got "We catched unpredictable error. . . You can close app now" [sic] which is exactly what I could NOT do. The only way to close it was to uninstall it. I will have no way to ever try it on a trial basis. 30 days will be gone before it had anything for me to test. I did try to reinstall, and it told me my password was wrong. There is no password recovery button, and I cannot re- register because my email "already exists". I am sure that the clay info is top notch, but the app design is not. I cannot envision paying for this until: A. It actually runs without grammatically jumbled, ambiguous error messages. Please no more "Catched unpredictable error", blue-screen-of-death reminiscent messages preceding a locked screen. B. There is a functioning support page C. The log-in page is fixed. I am not getting a new email because I forgot the password I never even had a chance to use in the first place D. Kato clay is added D. I have another trial to test it once it becomes useable In short, this app is unfinished and is in dire need of a professional developer. The concept is a magnificent one which DESERVES top notch design and delivery. Once the above are addressed, I will be totally onboard and won't think twice about paying this. I hope this review is taken as helpful rather than merely critical; I took a great deal of time to compose it because I do really want it to work. Were I just complaining, I would not put this much time and effort into it. So, here's hoping that after some attention, this app will live up to its potential.
