Took my money,no response or support – Dolphin Paradise: Wild Friends Review

Several days ago we loaded the app and liked enough to authorize the purchase of "275 Pearls". The app took my money but did not give me my "Pearls". That was bad enough but I sent a message to both apple and the App website several days ago explaining the problem and asking for my Pearls- still have no Pearls, no refund and no response- this is completely unacceptable, asked for a refund again today, still waiting...
