Great Workout but won't play after downloading – Active by POPSUGAR Review

Loved the featured workout so downloaded it and it shows in my profile as downloaded and opens to the player which closes after a few seconds. Had to delete and reload the app and it worked without downloading but same problem after downloading. Saved to Pintrest in case it's no longer featured I can find it. Fix this and it'll be 5 stars...k?
