Doesn't Work – Translator - Translate Text and Speech Review

This app doesn't work I need this so I could speak Spanish for my niece she only speaks Spanish and every time I use this app it says can not connect to server my wifi is very fast I don't know why this isn't working i tried everything and nothing works! Please fix this issue I need to learn Spanish
