Buggy with no support – Hay House Vision Board Review

My wife and I started using this app and enjoyed it at first. Then we tried using photos from our own photo libraries and the app crashed for both of us on our iPads. We've reinstalled with no luck. We've both emailed Hay House app support multiple times and we've yet to get a response. We paid for the full app and we get no response. We're now shopping for an alternative app, which is a shame, because this one could have been great.
