Game freezes! – Hotel Mogul HD Review

I loved the game up until it froze on the map at level 12 & won't do anything at all now! I can't go back to the menu, to the shop, or any other level from the map! Very frustrated & would appreciate a fix or a refund at a minimum!!! I have the new iPad mini (3rd generation I believe). I restarted my iPad as well & it didn't fix the issue with game!
