Network over watch not working with apple products – Need for Speed™ Network Review

Need for speed network over watch is not working with any of my apple products? iPhone 5s and iPad mini But it works in my windows of. It won't log on to either apple product . I redownloaded the app several times without success ! And for what it's worth the window license is expired also . It use to be a great tool for the game but now it's not !please advise what to do ? I contacted ea support without any success .
