Can't Connect to Facebook – Forest Charm - 3 match jelly candy mania game Review

It won't let me connect to Facebook. It says the app is not set up and in developmental mode and have no access to connect and if I want to connect, I have to be a test user. Also, how is this not a rip off of Charm King?
