Great service, app doesn't work – data.ai Analytics Review

The app never works, I always have to resort to using their website instead. It never updates with new reports, even after I've received their email. The numbers don't always match up. And if you add a new app, the only way to make it appear in this app is to completely delete and reinstall it. You guys have the best App Store analytics and metrics service, so you should be able to do better!
