Good adventure game but bad voice acting – The Journey Down: Chapter One Review

This is a good adventure game obviously inspired by Grim Fandango. If you liked that, you'll enjoy this one. However, the big problem is the voice acting, which you can't turn off for some reason. It's corny and borderline offensive, with what appears to be white folks badly attempting Caribbean accents. The worst example is the main character, unfortunately. He sounds like a Jamaican Bobcat Goldthwaite.
