Quite Decent, much better than GifBoom – vhoto - make your own GIFs, photos from video, perfect for selfies, fun filters Review

The app is decent, for the most part. I don't think it's worth the five stars the other "reviewers" gave it, as the other reviewers might just be friends of the app creator giving the app 5 stars out of bias or because they're paid to. Don't get me wrong- it's MUCH better than GifBoom, however, it's not that great. HQ gifs would be appreciated.
