Sneaky – Princess Horse Club - Royal Pony Spa, Makeover and Carriage Decoration Review

My daughter likes the game well enough that she wanted to unlock all the items with no ads. It said in the app that it would be $.99 to do all that. When I went to allow in-app purchases, the app "magically" turned into saying that it would cost $3.99 to do all that. What is up with that? I turned the in-app purchases off again to double check. Sure enough, it was back to $.99. Why is this?
