Not good – Video Compress - Shrink Vids Review

This is not a good program. It does not compress videos longer than 3 mins without needing an upgrade (mine was 3mins and 48secs). I paid for the upgrade and it still didn't compress my video and there were no instructions or descriptions as to how or why the task could not be done. I would like a refund.
