If you're looking for assistance to create a routine of meditation this is the app for you. After experiencing the first meditation I bought all of the others. I have days where quieting my thoughts is harder than others. Deepak's words and soothing voice allow me to fall into meditation easier. I use it as a sleep aid on restless nights as well as a morning ritual of centeredness. If you need some structure to help create a habit of mindfulness, this app will help you tremendously.
