Birthday – Face Effect HD- Cartoon Editor Review

Hi! My cousin's (we will call him T) birthday is coming up in a few weeks. And T and I like to make fun of eachother in a non-mean way. So I thought of the funniest birthday presents ever. I am taking his face and putting it on the people without the face. And I am doing a bunch of those and saving them to my computer and printing them out and putting them into a binder for his birthday. So this app has helped me be the best "photoshop" gift ever! This app is a good app if you want to make fun of your friends, and I like this app.
