Where is the sale price??? – Reveries: Soul Collector HD - A Magical Hidden Object Game Review

This game was advertised at $3.99 but when I tried to buy it was $4.99. What gives????? Update: finally got the sale price, but frankly this game wasn't worth the price. Very poorly done. It was almost a chore to finish it. Hope the next game ERS develops is better, as the last few of theirs have been awful.
