Talkray verification issues – Talkray - Free Call and Texts Live Messenger Review

Help....I have been email Talkray with no response. I downloaded the app and it will not send me an SMS or phone call for verification. How am I supposed to use the app if I cannot verify it? I have an updated iPhone 6 that has NO other issues with any other app.
