Excuse me? – iTooch Elementary School App Review

I liked this app than one day I came on and it's GONE...um okay? So one day I finally am scrolling in the "Purchased" section and I noticed it there,curious to see if this would shed some light on the app's disappearance, I found out that it had been re-rated +17 because of...gambling and contest? Huh? Don't ask me where THAT is coming from. Now that it's 17+ (that makes no sense, this app is perfectly fine) I can't re-download it. I don't even know what they are talking about when they say 'gambling and contest' because unless they added something in an update the app had no such thing,there wasn't even any social features I knew of...please rate it 4+ again! I want iTooch back. And you know what? This means if I ever get to re-download it, ALL MY PROGRESS WILL BE LOST! Two stars only because I liked the app before THIS happened.
